 This Elastic sleeve keeps the ETQ Wide compressed and prevents the hook and loop material from catching on or fraying clothing when deploying from a pocket.

Additionally, the Snakeskin may be slid over belts or slings and used as an ETQ holder. 

The plus includes a carabiner loop allowing you to carry one on keys, bags and harnesses. The loop acts like a pull tab when you’re trying to quickly access your tourniquet.
