ShieldBox was founded in 2018 by Jared and his wife, both active LEOs at the time, after experiencing the frustration of outdated gear. Their solution: a subscription box built by and for the law enforcement community, delivering duty gear at an unbeatable value through group buying power.

What comes in a ShieldBox each month?

Each month includes duty-ready tactical gear—tools, restraints, illumination, safety gear, apparel, and exclusive bonuses.

Every item is vetted by law enforcement professionals for real-world use, not just looks.

Is the gear actually high quality?

Yes. ShieldBox only includes real, field-tested gear trusted by police, military, and tactical professionals.

We do not include novelty-grade or airsoft-only products.

Is there a long-term commitment?

No. You can cancel anytime.

Most members stay because the value and gear rotation are strong, but you're never locked into a contract.

What’s the difference between Standard and Pro?

Standard: $80+ worth of tactical gear each month.

Pro: $160+ worth of tactical gear, including a premium item such as illumination tools, edged tools, restraints, or weapon accessories.

How does shipping work?

Boxes ship during the first week of each month.

You’ll receive tracking emails as soon as your gear is on the way.

Is ShieldBox only for police officers?

No. While ShieldBox is built with law enforcement in mind, members also include security professionals, military, EMS, firefighters, preparedness enthusiasts, and responsible civilians.

Can I skip a month or pause my subscription?

Yes. You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime through your customer portal before your renewal processes.

What if I already have gear?

Many members already have gear. ShieldBox helps you upgrade your kit, build vehicle and off-duty setups, and discover new brands and tools you might not buy for yourself.

Do you accept department or bulk orders?

Yes. We work with departments for officer appreciation, onboarding kits, raffles, and competitions.
