If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Site. ShieldBox reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Site constitutes your acceptance of any changes.
1. Eligibility and License
- Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement.
- License: ShieldBox grants you a personal, limited, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to access and use the Site via a web browser solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
- Modification & Termination: ShieldBox reserves the right to change, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Site, including access, products, and services, at any time without notice. Violation of these Terms may result in immediate termination of your access.
2. Use of the Website
- Permitted Use: You may access, view, and print information from the Site for personal use. Any copying, distribution, or transmission of Site content beyond what is automatically done by your browser is strictly prohibited unless explicitly authorized in writing.
- Prohibited Actions: You may not use any automated process or other systematic method to harvest, reproduce, or distribute information from the Site. You must not remove or alter any proprietary notices displayed on the Site.
- Changes to the Site: ShieldBox reserves the right to modify any information, features, or functions of the Site at any time without prior notice.
3. Account Security and Responsibility

- Security: You must maintain the confidentiality of your account information and notify ShieldBox immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

4. Subscriptions and Membership
4.1 Registration and Membership
- Subscription Service: ShieldBox offers monthly subscriptions delivered to the address provided at registration. By registering, you consent to receive emails regarding your account and promotional offers (including third-party offers).
- Cancellation: You may cancel your membership at any time by logging into your account or contacting support at info@theshieldbox.com.
4.2 Your Subscription Contract

Recurring Payments & Renewal:
By purchasing a Monthly Subscription, you acknowledge and agree that your subscription includes an initial charge and subsequent recurring charges at the then-current subscription rate. Your subscription will automatically renew for successive renewal terms, with your designated payment method charged on the 15th of each month, and your ShieldBox shipment sent the following month. You hereby authorize ShieldBox to process these recurring charges without requiring further notice or confirmation. These recurring charges will continue until ShieldBox receives a valid cancellation request or a verified change in your payment method. -
Cancellation and Effect:
To avoid being charged for the next renewal term and receiving the corresponding monthly box, you must cancel your Monthly Subscription before the 15th of the month. If your cancellation is not received by that date, you will be charged for the renewal and your ShieldBox shipment will be sent the following month. Cancellation must be submitted in accordance with our cancellation procedures (via your online account or by contacting info@theshieldbox.com). Cancellation will not affect any charges already incurred, and you will continue to have access to your subscription benefits for the remainder of your current subscription period. No prorated refunds or credits will be issued for any unused portion of that period. ShieldBox reserves the right to continue charging your account for any renewal payments until it receives proper notice of cancellation. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your cancellation request is submitted in a timely and verifiable manner. -
Account Responsibility:
ShieldBox is not responsible for accounts created with multiple email addresses or for shipments sent to addresses that contain typographical errors. It is your responsibility to ensure that your account information, including your email address and shipping address, is accurate and up-to-date. If you are unable to make changes to your account information, please contact support at info@theshieldbox.com.
5. Return Policy and Refunds
- Defective Items Only: Returns or exchanges are accepted only for items that are proven to be defective. “Defective” means a manufacturing flaw, shipping damage, or functional failure.
- Notification: If you receive a defective item, contact us at info@theshieldbox.com within 30 days of receipt. Please include your order details, a description of the defect, and photographic or video evidence.
- Evaluation & Resolution: Upon receiving a returned item, ShieldBox will inspect it and notify you via email (typically within 10 business days) of your eligibility for a refund or replacement. At our discretion, we may either replace the product or refund the purchase price using your original method of payment.
- Shipping Costs: Refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges. Return shipping costs must be prepaid and insured by you. ShieldBox is not responsible for loss or damage during return transit.
6. Risk of Loss
- Transfer of Risk: Merchandise is shipped through third-party carriers. Risk of loss and title transfer to you upon delivery to the carrier.
- Reporting Issues: Report any missing or damaged goods within 30 days of shipping to qualify for a replacement. All replacements or refunds are subject to product availability and are at the discretion of ShieldBox customer service.
7. Limitation of Liability
- General Disclaimer: ShieldBox is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
- Maximum Liability: In no event will ShieldBox’s total liability to you exceed the amount paid by you for the products or services in question.
- Incorrect Pricing/Information: In the event of any error in pricing or product information, ShieldBox reserves the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price. If charged, you will receive a prompt refund.
8. Disclaimers and Releases
- Informational Purposes: All product information provided on the Site is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional advice. Always follow manufacturer instructions and local laws regarding product use and possession.
- No Warranty: ShieldBox makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy of information or the fitness of the products for a particular purpose.
- Release of Claims: You release ShieldBox, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or damages (including personal injury or property damage) arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products.
- Waiver of Certain Rights: You waive any rights under California Civil Code Section 1542 or similar provisions in other jurisdictions that might otherwise limit the scope of this release.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ShieldBox, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from any losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be modified or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
11. Messaging Terms & Conditions
11.1 General
- Consent: By opting into our SMS service, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from ShieldBox.
- Message Frequency: Message frequency may vary. ShieldBox reserves the right to change the frequency, sender (short code or phone number), or content of messages at any time.
- Standard Rates: Standard messaging and data rates may apply. Your wireless provider is not responsible for delays or undelivered messages.
11.2 Cancellation and Support
- Cancellation: To cancel, text “STOP.” Upon receipt, we will confirm your unsubscription, and no further messages will be sent.

11.3 Transfer of Number
- Notification Requirement: Before changing or transferring your mobile number, you must notify us (either by texting “STOP” from your current number or emailing info@theshieldbox.com) to avoid unauthorized message delivery.

- Modifications: ShieldBox reserves the right to update or terminate the messaging service and these Messaging Terms at any time without notice. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any changes.
