1. Returns & Exchanges for Defective Items Only

We accept returns or exchanges only for items that are proven to be defective. To qualify for a return, the defect must be clearly documented by you.

2. Reporting a Defect

If you receive a defective item, please notify us at info@theshieldbox.com within 30 days of receipt. When contacting us, please include:

  • Order Number & Product Details: To help us identify your purchase.
  • Description of the Defect: A clear explanation of the issue.
  • Photographic or Video Evidence: Images or videos that clearly show the defect.
  • Any Additional Information: Details that may help us assess the problem.

3. Return Process & Evaluation

Once we receive your notification:

  • Review: We will review the information provided to determine the validity of the claim.
  • Return Instructions: If a return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the defective item back to us.
  • Packaging: Please return the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation, if applicable.
  • Shipping: We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. Shieldbox is not responsible for any loss or damage during return transit.

After we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you via email within 10 business days regarding your eligibility for a refund or replacement.

4. Refunds & Replacements

If your item is confirmed to be defective:

  • Refund: We will refund the purchase price using your original method of payment. Please note, any shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Replacement: Alternatively, at our discretion, we may offer a replacement for the defective product.

Please note: While we reserve the right to choose between a refund and a replacement, our goal is to resolve the issue in a way that best meets your needs.

5. Shipping Charges & Return Costs

  • Non-Refundable Charges: Shipping and handling fees shown on your invoice are not refundable.
  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for prepaying and insuring the return shipping costs. Shieldbox cannot guarantee receipt of returned items if an untracked or uninsured method is used.
