High visibility orange on one side and metallized silver on the other, the Rescue Essentials Hypothermia Wrap is THE lightweight, compact solution for keeping patients warm - the last critical phase of the M.A.R.C.H. treatment algorithm. Silver side can be reversed to deflect solar gain when the need to cool a patient arises. Weighing in at only 3.5 ounces, this is an essential piece of gear for all responders.
